Position Summary:<div>
The Project Billing Specialist will be responsible for generating project breakdowns for billing, assisting with client requests, and customer balance maintenance. The successful candidate is comfortable with reviewing and tracking job costs including analyzing job status and progress. Familiarity with the construction or service industry will provide an advantage to the right candidate. This position is expected to work with limited supervision and take initiative to support the department&rsquo;s goals and objectives in a professional manner.</div> 
Duties and Responsibilities:<div><ul><li>
Analyze and extract relevant invoice requirements from project contracts, customer Master Service Agreements, and purchase orders.</li><li>
Review new job set-up requests for completeness.</li><li>
Collaborate with Project Managers on billable project costs, create and maintain AIA G702 payment applications as needed.</li><li>
Prepare invoice in the system, apply sales tax and retention rules, and send to client.</li><li>
