General Overview of Position

We&rsquo;re looking for reliable, motivated individuals who enjoy working independently, helping customers, and delivering high-quality results.What You&rsquo;ll Do* Perform professional carpet, upholstery, mattress, rug, and tile cleaning services.* Drive to residential appointments throughout the Houston area using your own SUV.* Transport and operate professional cleaning equipment provided by Housteamers.* Communicate professionally with customers and provide an outstanding experience.* Build trust with homeowners and recommend additional services when appropriate (upselling).* Take before-and-after photos.* Keep equipment clean and organized.* Follow company procedures and safety standards.Requirements* Reliable SUV with enough cargo space for professional equipment.* Valid driver&rsquo;s license.* Authorized to work in the United States.* Bank account for direct payments.* Conversational English required.* Strong customer service and communication skills.* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.* Sales mindset and confidence recommending additional services.* Able to perform physical work throughout the day and lift cleaning equipment.* Previous carpet or upholstery cleaning experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training.Schedule* Typical working hours are approximately 9:00 AM &ndash; 4:00 PM, depending on the daily schedule.* One flexible day off each week.* Some jobs are completed independently, while others may require working with another technician.Compensation* Performance-based pay.
