Sales Enablement<ul><li>Assist in the development of client presentations, image books, and PowerPoint decks.</li><li>Maintain and evolve sales tools and templates used across the BD team.</li><li>Support ad hoc marketing initiatives and content development requests.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to develop client-specific marketing strategies and materials.</li><li>Write new case studies and collaborate with marketing on photography, editing, and publishing.</li><li>Create blog posts and other social media content, including interviews with industry experts.</li><li>Manage location-specific and vendor-aligned collateral such as $/SF decks and marketing decks.</li></ul>Manage Content &amp; Resource Libraries<ul><li>Own and maintain Office Revolution&rsquo;s marketing and resource libraries (Y Drive / SharePoint), including the image library, rendering library, and installation photography.</li><li>Source and update content using internal and external platforms (e.g., vendor portals such as Teknion Hub).</li><li>Ensure all resources are organized, current, and easily accessible to internal teams.</li></ul>Drive Process Efficiency &amp; Consistency<ul><li>Continuously improve RFP workflows, templates, and internal processes.</li><li>Ensure compliance with brand standards, formatting guidelines, and internal policies.</li><li>Manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Identify gaps, risks, or inconsistencies in RFP submissions and proactively resolve them.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience required.</li><li>1+ year of experience in contract furniture, interior design, architecture, or related industry strongly preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of contract furniture products, specifications, and manufacturing processes is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
