</div>The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) is seeking a Business Analyst for a full-time position within the IT Department's Application Development team. This position is a Business Analyst II role and will report directly to the Business Analyst Manager.
The BA II will perform complex (journey-level) business analysis work that includes coordination of the gathering, development, and documentation of user requirements, facilitation of work sessions with functional staff and project team members to capture and document requirements, and review and assessment of business processes to ensure requirements meet the customer needs.
