<div></div><div><b>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b></div>
<ul><li>Supervise the day-to day operation of the AR Department to include staffing, training, coaching, performance improvement plans and problem resolution.</li>
<li>Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, make hiring decisions, and develop corrective action plans when necessary.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate submission of all claims and timely collections occurs in accordance with all contract terms including Medicare, Medical, managed care, commercial insurance, in an outsourced model.</li>
<li>Actively collaborate with RCM operations to analyze reimbursement from all sources, including carrier reimbursement exception reporting, unbilled analysis and follow up pending claims analysis and denials management, billing activity for monthly financial reporting.
</li><li>Assure maximization of cash collections through diligent and timely monitoring of all open accounts receivable balances.</li>
<li>Develop and monitor AR policies and procedures and, where necessary, implement changes in workflow to improve productivity.</li>
<li>Ensure consistent quality of the AR Department by distributing and assigning duties and responsibilities to employees, ensuring skill levels are appropriate to the assigned tasks, and monitoring the department&rsquo;s productivity.</li>
<li>Effectively interact and collaborate with other departments to help resolve and clarify system issues.</li>
<li>Provide leadership, drive change, and facilitate process improvements</li>
<li>Promote organizational efficiency, need change and continuous quality improvement</li>

<p>Dispatch Supervisor</p><p><b>Position Summary:</b></p><p>The Dispatcher Supervisor is responsible for all activities related to Local pick up and deliveries. This position will be responsible for the overall performance of our Trucking division including final mile delivery and Linehaul operation, customer service, inventory control, process improvements, safety, maintenance, and security. The Dispatch Supervisor will provide support to Terminal management in establishing warehouse performance objectives and is accountable for achieving these objectives.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Making sure all Dispatch e-mails are answered in a timely manner, within 30 minutes of receiving.</li><li>Provide quotes to our customers for all our service areas using the Quote function in Worldtrak.</li><li>Create new shipping orders using Worldtrack, ensuring all required data is updated and completed, including bill to reference fields, Shipper references, pieces, weight, dims (Airline accounts excluded).</li><li>Assure all related Documents required are uploaded (Scanned) in Worldtrak, no exceptions.</li><li>Provide Tag # and confirmation of booking to the Customer in a timely matter.</li><li>Assure all Tags are accurately rated and all accessorial are updated in the cost/billing tab.</li><li>Build and create a Local Manifest and assign it to the driver using the WT App that drivers have on the phones. Assure they update POD once they complete the Delivery using the APP.
