About the Role
As a Product Integration Specialist, you will support the planning, coordination, and controlled execution of digital product, platform, system, and third-party integration activities across the IFEC and Connected Cabin Experience portfolio. Working under the direct guidance of the Product Integration Manager, you will help ensure that product features, interfaces, and dependent solutions are integrated in line with approved business requirements, technical specifications, delivery timelines, and quality standards.
This is a delivery-focused, coordination-heavy role. You will be the person who keeps integration activity organised, documented, and on track &mdash; maintaining the artefacts, monitoring the dependencies, supporting testing cycles, and ensuring nothing falls through the gaps between teams. You will work closely with product, engineering, architecture, and vendor teams, acting as a reliable point of coordination across complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams.
You will report directly to the Product Integration Manager, who sits within the broader IFEC and Connected Cabin Experience function led by the Head of IFEC and Connected Cabin Experience. Integration Coordination and Support<ul><li>
Support the coordination of end-to-end integration activities for assigned initiatives, ensuring requirements, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables are documented and tracked in line with the integration plan</li><li>

 About Entity
 
 
 
 Hamad Bin Khalifa University (HBKU) established the College of Public Policy in 2019. The College has three degrees (Master of Public Policy, Master of Social Policy and Program Evaluation, Master of Global Health Policy) and Executive Programs (in collaboration with Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva). The College works to empower the next generation of ethically grounded public leaders in Qatar and beyond. Students are given an inclusive and diverse learning environment that promotes a culture of excellence, integrity, respect, and fairness. All faculty members are active in research with broad agenda addressing national and global challenges and policy priorities.
 
 
 he Master of Global Health Policy (MGHP) program prepares graduates to address complex health challenges through policy analysis, interdisciplinary evidence, stakeholder engagement, ethical leadership, and public-service-oriented decision-making. The program combines a strong foundation in global health systems, health economics, advocacy, crises and emergency settings, and research methods, while offering both a Capstone track and a Master&rsquo;s Thesis track to support diverse professional and academic aspirations. Positioned at the intersection of public policy and global health, the MGHP program is designed to equip students with the knowledge, analytical tools, and practical skills needed to contribute to health policy development, implementation, and evaluation in Qatar, the region, and globally.

 Provide academic, strategic, and administrative leadership for the Master of Global Health Policy (MGHP) program in advancing evidence-based, policy-relevant, and globally engaged education and research, aligned with Qatar National Vision 2030 and relevant international accreditation standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the continued development, review, and enhancement of the MGHP curriculum, including oversight of program quality assurance, accreditation-related processes, and continuous improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strengthen and expand partnerships with government entities, international organizations, health institutions, and other relevant stakeholders to support teaching, research, and policy engagement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Teach graduate-level courses aligned with the MGHP Program Learning Outcomes (PLOs), including areas such as global health policy analysis, health systems, health economics, policy processes, culturally responsive communication, and ethical public-service-oriented leadership.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise graduate student capstone projects, master&rsquo;s theses, and independent research in areas relevant to global health policy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain an internationally recognized research profile in global health policy, health systems, health governance, health economics, or related fields.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and secure externally funded research projects, including national and international grants.
 </li>
 <li>
 Publish in high-impact journals and contribute to regional and global debates in global health policy and public policy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote applied, policy-relevant research that informs decision-making and contributes to addressing health challenges in Qatar, the region, and globally.
 </li>
 <li>
 Mentor junior faculty and contribute to faculty development, research capacity building, and academic leadership within the College.
 </li>

 Disseminate research findings through publications, policy reports, conferences, public engagement, and scholarly presentations to enhance the visibility and reputation of HBKU and the College.

 Minimum Knowledge, Skills &amp; Experience (In Bullet Points Only)

 PhD in Global Health Policy, Public Policy, Public Health, Health Economics, or a closely related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Academic qualifications, scholarly standing, and professional experience commensurate with appointment at the rank of Full Professor.
 </li>
 <li>
 Distinguished record of high-impact publications, externally funded research, graduate teaching excellence, and the ability to bridge research, teaching, and policy practice.
 </li>
 <li>
 Recognized expertise in global health systems, health policy, health governance, health economics, and/or applied policy analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 12+ years of relevant full-time university teaching, research, and academic leadership experience, with evidence of sustained professional maturity, productivity, and impact.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated excellence in teaching, student supervision, curriculum development, and program leadership at the graduate level.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evidence of active participation in the scholarly and academic affairs of a university and/or relevant professional associations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sustained portfolio of scholarly achievement, including funded research grants, peer-reviewed publications, and other scholarly contributions, comparable to peers at leading research universities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evidence of a strong regional and international reputation within the discipline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse groups, cultures, and communities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to develop networks, collaborations, and partnerships within HBKU and with national and international partner institutions in teaching, research, and policy engagement.
