Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Lead the full recruitment journey for assigned positions &ndash; which includes sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, pre-closing candidates and helping them through to the acceptance of the offer.</li><li>
Be the liaison between the internal stakeholders and candidates - listening to interpret the true needs of the business while driving an efficient recruitment process to make sound hiring decisions.</li><li>
Create tailored sourcing strategies for each role and adjust them as the recruitment process progresses.</li><li>
Build candidate pipelines from a variety of diverse channels while maintaining high assessment standards.</li><li>
Manage the coordination of scheduling to create an enjoyable candidate experience to provide guidance, dependability and trust.</li><li>
Collaborate with Human Resources colleagues to ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding process.</li><li>
Keep abreast of competitor intel, trends in the employment market as well as with new recruitment tools and technologies.</li><li>

Leverage Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) and evaluate data to report on recruiting metrics.</li><li>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of full life-cycle corporate recruitment experience preferably hiring for corporate roles in either (or combined) Marketing, Finance, Merchandising, HR, etc.</li><li>
Agency experience is a plus but must have corporate experience.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent professional experience.</li><li>
Ability to follow process, to collaborate, negotiate and influence at all levels.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, keeping all stakeholders up to date on the status of requisitions - Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and candidates.</li><li>
Have an innovative and curious approach to solving problems; able to follow and to identify root cause and drive improvement.</li><li>
Background researching and executing recruitment strategies across existing and new platforms (i.e.: LinkedIn, social media, blogs, diversity/other groups).</li><li>
Experience using an ATS, working with metrics to see/meet goals. iCIMS experience a plus.</li><li>
Knowledge of the labor market and competitive landscape including salary structures, being able to diagnose trends and measure recruiting/sourcing performance.</li><li>
Able to prioritize, use time wisely, and adapt as an independent and self-motivated recruiter, with a high level of personal integrity and sound business judgment.</li><li>
Knowledge of recruitment laws and regulations, and able to maintain safeguards of confidential company information.</li><li>
