THE POSITION</b><br>
The Wholesale Operations &amp; Customer Service will receive and process customer orders, inquiries, and complaints covering items or products ordered in the respective area.</p><p>

We are looking for an Experienced Inside Sales Specialist who will be responsible for our products and solutions in <b>the related BU.</b><br>

<b>What you'll do:</b><br>
<ul><li>
Build Excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge subject to clear managerial direction</li><li>
Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers. Can have a detailed conversation with customers on solution and identify opportunities to involve the right people in the company</li><li>
Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets</li><li>
Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts</li><li>
Engages in active inside selling by gathering relevant internal and external customer information and develops short, medium and long term activities to drive appropriate customer engagements</li><li>
Manages customer backorder along specialist knowledge and engages in &quot;intelligent project fishing&quot;</li><li>
In AS either manages project end-to-end or hands over to pre sales for technical requirements</li><li>
Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions</li><li>
Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customers</li><li>
Attainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such as customer engagement</li><li>
Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value proposition</li><li>
Develops partner relationship (incl. account planning, cross-selling etc.)</li><li>
Identifies project opportunities and engages with BDMs if specific product/ vendor knowledge is required</li><li>
Drives sales of specific products/ vendors if specific knowledge is required</li><li>
Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunities</li><li>
Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting</li><li>
Ensure CRM system is well maintained and provides correct customer information</li></ul><br>

Ideal candidates will have previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM</li><li>
