This position will support various departmental quality and safety, innovation, clinical, educational, and research objectives and data requirements. The Data Analyst will work closely with faculty and staff to manage, analyze, and visualize clinical, administrative, and operational data, and facilitate planning, designing, and implementing statistical analyses. Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Under the guidance of research faculty, design and implement high-impact statistical analyses to support cutting-edge research initiatives and innovation</li><li>

Minimum Qualifications: 
To qualify you must have a Masters degree in biostatistics, computer science, information management, statistics, or data science
 
Minimum 2 years of data extraction and analysis experience, preferably in biostatistics, or a healthcare or research setting
 
Knowledge of principles and methods of biostatistics; principles, theories, and procedures, including study design, statistical analysis, and causal inference
 
Proficiency in biostatistical data analysis
 
Fluency in SQL to query databases
 
Proficiency with databricks platform
 
Experience with Tableau software
 
Strong quantitative and advanced programming skills with statistical software such as R, Stata, SAS, and/or SPSS

Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities<ul><li>
The Senior Analyst will support the development, coordination, and implementation of the Company's sustainability efforts and ESG-related strategic programs and initiatives.</li><li>
Show understanding of the ESG regulatory developments (including but not limited to SASB, GRI, TCFD, CDP, EEI/AGA, or any Federal, NYS / CA climate disclosure laws, EU regulatory ESG standards).</li><li>
Supports the preparation and publication of the Companys annual Sustainability Report and standardized ESG reports/disclosures.</li><li>
Evaluate business and decarbonization strategies to enable a clean energy transition.</li><li>
Collaborate with partner organizations in the pursuit of advancing ESG / Sustainability strategy and facilitate ESG discussion with Investor Relations, EH&amp;S, Corporate Affairs, and other relevant company groups.</li><li>
Take leadership, and/or supporting roles on cross-functional project teams and perform data analyses and trending /modeling in areas related to technologies, scenario development, or other areas of the Companys long-range planning efforts.</li><li>
Track and evaluate relevant ESG/Sustainability policy developments for utility and adjacent industries</li><li>
Develop presentations and effectively communicate insights with business unit leadership, senior management, and external stakeholders.</li><li>
Support regulatory filings and both internal and external studies with various stakeholders. Maintain and enhance enterprise-wide ESG metrics/dashboards and data models, and perform other related tasks and assignments as required.</li><li>
Tracks and analyzes ESG ratings of the Company and benchmark peers, and reviews/enhances public disclosures accordingly.</li></ul>
