About the role:

The Data Product Manager is responsible for owning the prioritization and iterative delivery of data products within DoubleGood's DNA (Data &amp; Analytics) group. This role bridges the gap between business strategy and technical execution &mdash; translating high-level priorities into well-scoped, actionable requirements while driving an iterative approach to data product development that maximizes impact and keeps teams focused on what matters most.

Responsibilities

<li>Own the DNA product backlog &mdash; maintain and continuously prioritize a backlog of data and analytical initiatives based on business impact, stakeholder needs, and technical feasibility; serve as the single point of accountability for what gets worked on and when.</li>
<li>Apply iterative product thinking &mdash; champion a crawl-walk-run approach to data product delivery, breaking work into phased increments that deliver value early and reduce risk.</li>
<li>Translate strategy into requirements &mdash; partner with business-side stakeholders (Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc.) to gather and document detailed business logic, data definitions, and acceptance criteria for analytics and BI engineering teams.</li>
<li>Drive stakeholder alignment &mdash; act as the primary liaison between business partners and technical teams, ensuring priorities are clearly communicated, well-understood, and consistently reflected in execution.</li>
<li>Define and track success metrics &mdash; establish measurable outcomes for each data product (adoption, usage, business impact) and hold the team accountable to them.</li>
<li>Manage UAT and validation &mdash; own business-facing acceptance testing, ensuring delivered data products meet stakeholder expectations and can be trusted by the business.</li>
<li>Identify and communicate tradeoffs &mdash; surface scope, dependency, and prioritization tradeoffs proactively, enabling leadership to make faster, better-informed decisions.</li>

<ul><li>4+ years of full-time experience
</li><li>Experience in end-to-end large customer advertising account management
</li><li>Experience in digital advertising account management and/or sales
</li><li>Understanding of performance and brand marketing media channels, ad products, and core measurement metrics that are relevant to these
</li><li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
