About the Role</h1>
We&rsquo;re hiring a Demand Generation Manager, Enterprise to build and scale enterprise pipeline programs.
This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to design, run, and improve programs that generate real pipeline&mdash;and turn what works into repeatable systems.
You&rsquo;ll own enterprise campaigns and experiments across channels, and work closely with Sales and Revenue Development to create and progress pipeline.

This highly visible role will work across AWS Software &amp; Technology partners globally to develop and implement strategic plans that include building awareness, generating demand and driving pipeline and revenue. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies, coupled with hands-on experience in integrated marketing, digital demand generation, and partner or alliance marketing. You will be the subject matter expert for marketing partner solutions with and through partners across sales segments and geographies.

Essential Functions:
Brand Relationships
<ul><li>Cultivate and manage relationships with emerging and established brand partners, ensuring alignment on distribution strategy, retailer placement, and assortment plans.</li>
<li>Lead onboarding of new brands by securing and organizing all critical assets, including samples, line sheets, brand decks, and pricing structures.</li>
<li>Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, merchandising, operations) to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that increase brand awareness and drive revenue.</li>
</ul>
Assortment Management
<ul> <li>Develop and execute a data-driven assortment strategy aligned with market trends and customer preferences.</li>
<li>Identify white space opportunities, category gaps, and emerging trends to introduce innovative and high performing brands.</li>
<li>Own and maintain new product development tools, including internal assortment workbooks, ensuring accurate and timely communication across teams.</li>
</ul>
Retailer &amp; Launch Coordination 

<ul><li>Prepare and deliver compelling presentations for internal stakeholders and external retail partners to support new brand launches.</li>
<li>Collaborate with retail partners to align launch timing and merchandising strategy.</li>
<li>Assist with coordinating end-to-end launch execution, ensuring seamless communication between brands, retailers, and internal teams.</li>
</ul>
Market &amp; Trend Analysis 

<ul><li>Continuously research industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to inform brand selection and buying decisions.
</li><li>Attend trade shows and brand meetings to discover new opportunities and maintain category leadership.</li></ul> 

Qualifications:

<li>Sales: 3 years (Preferred)</li>
<li>Beauty &amp; cosmetics sales: 2 year (Required)</li>

<li>Passion for beauty industry, brands, and products</li>
<li>Enthusiastic and self-confident</li>
