<li>Strong experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo) and campaign management</li>

<li>Experience in complex B2B environments such as employee benefits, insurance, or pharmacy.</li>
<li>You're a strategic marketer who translates business priorities into clear positioning, compelling narratives, and integrated marketing plans. You collaborate deeply with sales and business leaders, influence direction without authority, and understand the full marketing ecosystem&mdash;from content and digital to PR, events, and demand generation.</li>

Here's what you can expect as a Retail Customer Service Representative* (Pawnbroker)*: This role will give you the opportunity to interact with customers daily, helping with sales and enjoying the give and take of coming to a mutually satisfying agreement regarding pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more. As part of our Customer Service team in our stores, you will provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that continues to set us apart from the competition.
