Job Summary

The Director of Developer Services is an experienced leader who provides management, direction, leadership, and oversight to ensure the developer relationships and accounts are maintained and operated in accordance with the company standards and established community objectives. This position will work with Developer representatives prior to opening the project up to TCO and maintain quality assurance and support through turnover. The position is responsible for budget deliverables, developing programs and systems to support the strategic direction and aligning business plans with organizational objectives. This position will report directly to the Senior Director of Developer Services.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

<li>Creation of project budgets that align with the vision of the client as well as KWPM.</li>
<li>Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency throughout the company&rsquo;s operations.</li>
<li>Develop and direct the management of the client to ensure customer satisfaction. Identify any issues that may lead to client terminating the contract.</li>
<li>Implement processes and systems that will generate higher productivity and revenues. Review the standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and forms of the department, and develop new SOP&rsquo;s, templates, and forms for the project.</li>
<li>Develop and direct the management of the headquarters support departments (transitions, banking, accounting, technology, etc.) and District Managers to ensure that all operational systems are continuously evaluated for proper operation, relevance and utilization.</li>
<li>Interact regularly with executive team and individual department heads to ensure that company&rsquo;s operational priorities are aligned with total company direction.</li>
<li>Continually investigate and introduce process improvement measures and presents suggestions to Senior Director and for consideration.</li>
<li>Build and maintain relationships with Developer throughout the project, including after hand-off to the operations team.</li>

Job Schedule
