What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Own TNT&rsquo;s measurement strategy end-to-end</li><li>
Define and operationalize agency-wide frameworks for KPIs, tracking, attribution, forecasting, testing, and learning</li><li>
Build a measurement maturity model and move clients up it with clarity and structure</li><li>
Architect and maintain a modern analytics stack including tracking, data pipelines, warehousing, modeling, and BI</li><li>
Establish governance, QA, data quality monitoring, documentation, access standards, and privacy-forward measurement approaches</li><li>
Deliver analytics that drives decisions &mdash; budget allocation, testing priorities, creative direction, CRO focus, and strategy</li><li>
Build disciplined experimentation processes including incrementality, lift testing, and meaningful analysis</li><li>
Lead client-facing analytics strategy and bring clarity to complex performance conversations</li><li>
Push back on vanity metrics and unreliable narratives</li><li>
Hire, lead, and develop analytics, analytics engineering, and data engineering talent</li><li>
Build predictable intake, prioritization, scoping, and delivery processes</li><li>
Partner closely with Media, Creative, CRO, Strategy, Engineering, Leadership, and New Business to embed analytics into outcomes</li></ul>

 Responsible for the creation of a wide variety of visual assets in all media including print, digital, video, interactive, and social media. Serve as brand steward building the brand platform, look &amp; feel, through all projects.
