Qualifications:</b></h3><ul><li>
Must pass required state and company background checks.</li><li>
Must be EEC Lead Teacher Qualified; Director Certification (DII qualification) preferred.
</li></ul><ul><li>3+ years of experience in early childhood education.</li><li>
Strong understanding of play-based learning and social-emotional development.</li><li>
Demonstrated commitment to kindness, respect, and community engagement.</li><li>
Must have a high school diploma or GED; bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred.
</li><li>Adhere to all company policies and EEC regulations.</li><li>
Ability to stand, move, run, and play for most of the day.</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times a day.</li></ul><div><b>
Salary Ranges: $56,000 to $58,000 per year for EEC Qualified Candidates. This role is 50% in classrooms and 50% supporting whole school operations with the Director. This is a great role for an educator looking to learn operations to move into a full-time leadership position!<br>
