Job Purpose Summary

What you will do 
Reporting to the Area Business Manager, the Territory Sales Specialist will act as the primary sales contact between the company and our Non-Acute customers and distributor partners. Responsible for maintaining existing sales and generating additional sales of Quill&reg;, SharpointPLUS&reg;, Sharpoint&reg; and other Corza brands. 
 
<ul><li>Manage a defined non-acute territory to meet or exceed sales goals for Corza Medical&rsquo;s Wound Closure and surgical product portfolio.</li><li>Identify and convert new customer opportunities through prospecting, product presentations, and follow-up.</li><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and procurement/purchasing teams.</li><li>Conduct in-services, product demonstrations, and staff education sessions to support product utilization.</li><li>Develop account strategies that increase product adoption and market share within assigned territory.</li><li>Monitor customer activity, market trends, and competitor actions; communicate insights to sales leadership.</li><li>Maintain accurate sales and activity records using CRM (Salesforce.com).</li><li>Demonstrate a proactive, self-motivated approach to managing sales activities, time, and travel.</li><li>Travel within assigned territory up to 30% of the time.</li></ul>
