Seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to lead people and culture initiatives for over 1,000 employees across multiple locations in multiple states. This role will serve as the primary HR representative for the company&rsquo;s Daves Hot Chicken locations and will be a thought partner for the Director of Operations on all people needs. This role is scrappy and hands-on, with the ability to flex and work both tactically and strategically. The ideal candidate will support the Director of Operations and execute whatever the business needs to ensure successful operations, wearing many hats as a &ldquo;people expert&rdquo; in the business. This person must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. They must also possess strong communication and relationship-building abilities, along with the ability to work well cross-functionally and partner with other parts of the business on important tasks/projects.</p><p><b>
What You&rsquo;ll Do</b>: The HRBP is responsible for completing traditional HRBP and HR Generalist duties for their line of business, in addition to supporting other people and culture-related work.    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.

Position Summary</b></p><p>
The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing all technology systems and infrastructure at Signature Theatre, ensuring that staff, artists, and patrons have reliable, secure, and innovative tools to support the theatre&rsquo;s mission. This role will manage day-to-day IT operations, lead system improvements, and serve as the primary liaison with external IT vendors. The IT Manager will provide hands-on technical support, fostering an environment that is accessible, user-friendly, and aligned with organizational goals.</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Systems &amp; Infrastructure</b></h3><ul><li>
Serve as the primary contact for IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues</li><li>
Administer and optimize core business systems (e.g., Office 365, ticketing/CRM systems such as Tessitura or Spektrix, financial software, and HR platforms)</li><li>
Administer Windows Active Directory servers, DNS, DHCP, print servers, and other domain functions (e.g., password resets)</li><li>
Ensure proper data backup, storage, and disaster recovery systems are in place and tested regularly</li><li>
Monitor system performance and implement upgrades and patches as needed</li><li>
Maintain onsite file server and QNAP storage devices</li><li>
Tape backups using Symantec Backup Exec and cloud backups (CrashPlan)</li><li>
Create user login and email IDs, assign permissions, and manage mail distribution lists</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Security &amp; Compliance</b></h3><ul><li>
Maintain strong cybersecurity practices, including firewalls, anti-virus, multi-factor authentication, and user permissions</li><li>
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS).</li><li>
Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits.</li><li>
Administer and maintain SonicWALL firewall</li><li>
Support Cisco and Meraki switches, and Cisco Wireless controller and Wireless access points</li><li>
Manage relationships with external IT consultants, hardware/software providers, and system vendors</li><li>
Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency, collaboration, and patron engagement</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Tessitura Support</b></h3><ul><li>
Support and administer onsite Tessitura servers</li><li>
Perform basic MS SQL Tessitura database administration</li><li>
Do periodic Live to Test database copy of Tessitura data</li><li>
Support Tessitura client installs on user PCs</li><li>
Support Ticket scanners, Credit card readers and Boca printers</li></ul>
Requirements:

Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience</li><li>
Minimum 5 years of progressive IT experience</li><li>
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and security best practices</li><li>
Familiarity with nonprofit and/or arts organizations, including ticketing/CRM systems (Tessitura, Spektrix, or similar) preferred</li><li>
Experience managing and supporting cloud-based platforms</li><li>

Compensation</b></p><p>
