Directs and is ultimately responsible for the team of Benefits staff.</li><li>Maintains relationships and cultivates new relationships with external consultants, actuaries and outsourcing service partners.</li><li>Assures all company-sponsored plans, including their design and changes thereto, are in compliance with all relevant legal requirements and government regulations related to benefits administration (e.g. PPA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, DOL, IRS) and ERISA reporting and disclosure requirements.</li><li>Evaluates and implements effective and accurate process as necessary to maintain efficiency of benefit delivery.</li><li>Works collaboratively with ISD and HRIS to design and develop system enhancements and new applications to deliver automated Benefits information and enrollment tools.</li><li>Act as the liaison and primary resource for the Human Resource Service Center for escalated issues and process enhancements and improvements.</li><li>Ensures effective and accurate benefit communications.</li><li>Develops metrics to measure the ROI of benefit programs.</li><li>Ensures safe care to patients, staff and visitors; adheres to all organization's policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary specifications including time management, supply management, productivity and quality of service.</li><li>Promotes individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory/continuing education and skills competency; supports department-based goals which contribute to the success of the organization; serves as preceptor, mentor and resource to less experienced staff.</li><li>Demonstrates commitment to caring for every member of our community by creating compassionate and personalized experiences. Position Overview</b></p><p>
The Human Resources (HR) Representative position supports daily HR operations across an assigned region, helping drive consistent, people-first practices while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.</p><p>
This role partners closely with an HR Business Partner and plays a key part in the employee lifecycle&mdash;from hiring and onboarding to employee relations, performance support, and offboarding.</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Serve as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR questions within assigned regions</li><li>
Support full-cycle HR operations including recruiting coordination, onboarding, employee relations, performance processes, and separations</li><li>
Partner with the HR Business Partner on complex or high-risk employee relations matters</li><li>
Assist with investigations, corrective actions, disciplinary meetings, and terminations as needed</li><li>
Coordinate background checks and employment eligibility verification</li><li>
Administer HR programs related to benefits, leave, engagement, and retention</li><li>
Maintain accurate documentation in HRIS and personnel files</li><li>
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies</li><li>
Provide guidance to managers on policy interpretation and consistent application</li></ul><p><b>
Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience) and 3&ndash;5 years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations exposure. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.</li><li>
Working knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, FLSA, EEOC, DOL, OSHA, etc.)</li><li>
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills</li><li>
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; HRIS experience preferred</li><li>
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred</li></ul><p><b>
