ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul><li>Troubleshoots, maintains, inspects, modifies and repairs heating, ventilation systems, air conditioning and refrigeration systems and equipment including DX and hydronic systems and components, screw, reciprocating and absorption chillers, cooling towers, fans and fan motors, pumps and pump motors, electric controls and associated safety, over current and other equipment protection devices.
</li><li>Create control algorithms, download source code to controllers manage system databases and implement an animated front end graphical user interface.
</li><li>Maintain Controls Database with up to date digitalized hardware manuals, notes, photos, schematics, and UL data.
</li><li>Maintain logs of temperature, humidity, pressure differentials of operating rooms and other critical spaces.
</li><li>Coordinate critical space testing and make any repairs or adjustments to pneumatic and electrical controls of HVAC equipment to maintain temperature, humidity and pressure differentials per regulatory requirements.
</li><li>Monitors work done by outside contractors for adherence to state and federal Code Requirements and reports back to supervisor.

The HVAC Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and optimization of HVAC systems across all four zones of the campus. The role ensures that all HVAC and refrigeration systems function efficiently, directing a team of HVAC Technicians and Leads to maintain operational integrity and provide a comfortable and safe environment for all facilities.  HVAC System Management and Optimization:

They provide concierge-style service to the tenants at our buildings and are constantly looking for ways to improve the experience for all who come to their properties. They execute preventative maintenance to keep systems and equipment in good repair and prolong their useful life. They are keenly aware of their surroundings to ensure the property maintains an outstanding appearance.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Comprehend and interpret instructions and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.</li><li>
Operate and use necessary manual and power-driven tools.</li><li>
Provide concierge-style customer service to internal and external partners.</li><li>
Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds.</li><li>
Align and ensure all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, and company directives related to building operations and work safety are adhered to.</li><li>
Inspect building systems, including but not limited to fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing, to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by the client.</li><li>
Perform contract work, which could include landscaping, snow removal, HVAC, plumbing, and cleaning.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
3 years of experience in Commercial Building Operations, Property Management, or a related industry preferred.</li><li>
Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.</li><li>
Reliable transportation required.</li><li>
Must have a thorough understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems.</li><li>
Ability to efficiently present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.</li><li>
Understanding of multi-meter amp probe, anemometer, pressure gauges, drain auger, and other industry standard tools/equipment.</li><li>
Prior work experience and knowledge of energy-saving and sustainability measures.</li><li>
Strong organizational and analytical skills.</li><li>
Ability to read and understand plans and prints.</li></ul>
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS<ul><li>
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma required.</li><li>
EPA Universal Certification required within 90 days of employment.</li><li>
When applicable, obtain required city and/or government licenses or permits (i.e., Boiler Operating Permit, State Maintenance Electrician&rsquo;s License, etc.).</li></ul>
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT<ul><li>
Work indoors approximately 50% of the time and outdoors approximately 50% of the time.</li><li>
Use olfactory, auditory, and visual senses.</li><li>

Position Summary:
The Case Management Team Lead supports Department of Education, Federal Student Aid (FSA) Ombudsman by overseeing a team of Regulatory Case Analysts responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and resolving complex consumer financial and regulatory cases. This role provides day-to-day operational leadership, ensures adherence to quality and service level standards, and drives analyst performance within a structured, performance-based contract environment. The Case Management Team Lead monitors production throughput, coaches staff, manages escalations, and collaborates closely with Quality Assurance personnel to maintain contractual accuracy standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide daily supervision and operational oversight of assigned Regulatory Case Analysts.</li><li>
Monitor individual and team caseloads to ensure productivity and service level requirements are consistently achieved.</li><li>
Review complex or escalated cases and provide authoritative guidance on regulatory interpretation and case resolution.</li><li>
Support analysts in the accurate application of federal statutes, regulations, and internal policies to case determinations.</li><li>

Work Environment:
