What You&rsquo;ll Need to Succeed</b></p><p><b>
Required:</b></p><ul><li>
Basic knowledge of apartment maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances)</li><li>
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn</li><li>
Ability to work independently and in a team</li><li>
Availability to work Saturdays (closed Sundays) and participate in on-call rotation as needed</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation</li></ul><p><b>
Preferred:</b></p><ul><li>
Previous experience in apartment, facilities, or building maintenance</li><li>
HVAC certification or EPA license (a plus, not required)</li><li>

Reach above shoulders (e.g., changing lights, accessing HVAC units)</li><li>
Grasp/grip/turn and use finger dexterity (e.g., using tools, handling parts)</li><li><b>
Lifting/Carrying:</b></li><li>
Over 50 lbs: Rare need (less than 1%)</li><li>
