Execute and maintain purchase orders based on ERP-driven demand (Syteline experience preferred).</li><li>
Create and manage work orders to support production flow and meet sales demand.</li><li>
Maintain accurate item master data including min/max levels, vendor details, and standard costs.</li><li>
Communicate urgent material needs and potential outages to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.</li><li>
Collaborate with logistics to optimize inbound shipments for cost and efficiency.</li><li>
Support inventory accuracy and integrity through proactive purchasing and documentation.</li><li>
Work within shared documents and TEAMS groups to keep cross-functional teams informed.</li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
3&ndash;5 years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>
Proven experience buying <b>control valves</b> or similar industrial components.</li><li>
Strong working knowledge of <b>ERP systems</b> (Syteline preferred).</li><li><b>
Advanced Excel skills</b> including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.</li><li>
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and production scheduling.</li><li>
Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li><li>
College degree or equivalent experience preferred.</li></ul></div>
