Ingram Content Group (ICG) is searching for a Manager, Online Sales &amp; Marketing to join our team in New York. In this role, you will lead metadata optimization and marketing initiatives and best practices for Ingram Publishing Services (IPS) publishers. You will also lead the marketing strategy for IndiePubs.com, Ingram&rsquo;s direct to consumer e-commerce platform. You&rsquo;ll cultivate a consultative relationship with IPS publishers, increasing their understanding of digital marketing and ways to improve direct-to-consumer engagement, discoverability, and sales through Ingram.  Minimum qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to travel for client meetings and training, as needed.

 Experience building trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.

 The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000-$196,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.  Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Demonstrate Google's value by measuring campaign results against customer objectives and performers offerings, and sharing data-driven insights that shape customer strategies and reinforce the partnership.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead social video pitches across Holding Companies/Operating Companies (e.g., pitch preparation and delivery; meetings with top agency account teams; closing sale in coordination with agreement lead).
 </li>
 <li>
 Hit in quarter sales goals through agreement activation and close collaboration with internal and external account teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build relationships with social video teams and Influencer Marketing Agencies (IMAs) drive successful share shifts in both the upfront and in-quarter market.
 </li>
 <li>
 Scale individual team efforts into a uniform team approach (i.e., cross-team best practice sharing; standardizing agreement-related sales materials, etc.).
