What you&rsquo;ll do<ul><li>
Drive earned attention for WSC Sports across social, PR, and third-party platforms &mdash; owning how we show up day-to-day and at key moments.</li><li>
Support and execute WSC Sports&rsquo; global communications strategy, leading the distribution of content and narratives to ensure reach, relevance, and impact.</li><li>
Shape and maintain WSC Sports&rsquo; external voice &mdash; developing a clear point of view and ensuring consistency across channels.</li><li>
Build and manage relationships with journalists, analysts, creators, and key industry voices across sports, media, and technology.</li><li>
Work cross-functionally to surface stories, shape positioning, and turn data, client insights, and industry trends into compelling narratives.</li><li>
Proactively identify high-impact opportunities and bring forward ideas that elevate WSC Sports&rsquo; presence.</li></ul> 
Requirements: 
 
What You'll Need:<ul><li>
﻿5+ years of experience across social media, PR, or marketing communications.</li><li>
A strong storyteller with sharp instincts for what resonates &mdash; able to turn ideas, data, and moments into narratives that drive attention.</li><li>
Bring a clear point of view on how modern brands show up, with a mindset that pushes beyond conventional approaches.</li><li>
Comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands-on level, with a strong understanding of distribution channels and audience dynamics.</li><li>
Experienced working within (or closely with) sports, media, or technology ecosystems, and confident representing a brand externally.</li></ul> 
Compensation, Benefits And Perks:
The salary range for this role is $115,000 &ndash; $130,000. 
Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate&rsquo;s qualifications, skills, experience and education.

About ICP
The International Center of Photography (ICP) is the world&rsquo;s leading institution dedicated to photography and visual culture. Through exhibitions, education, public programs, and community outreach, ICP provides an open forum for dialogue about the power of the image. Since 1974, ICP has presented more than 700 exhibitions and offered thousands of classes at every level. Our integrated center on the Lower East Side brings together our school and museum under one roof as a cultural anchor of Essex Crossing. 
Position Summary
The Graphic Designer supports the Marketing &amp; Communications team in producing creative materials across ICP. Working under the direction of the Senior Manager, Marketing &amp; Communications, this role focuses on executing visual assets that support exhibitions, school programming, public programs, membership, and institutional initiatives.
This is a hands-on design position responsible for producing print and digital materials in alignment with ICP&rsquo;s brand standards. The role collaborates with colleagues across departments and helps ensure consistency and quality across all visual communications. 
ICP is seeking to fill this role immediately, and candidates with near-term availability are strongly encouraged to apply. 
Essential Functions and Duties
Graphic Design<ul><li>
Execute design for integrated marketing campaigns across print, advertising, web, email, and social media</li><li>
Support the design of environmental graphics for galleries and school spaces, including signage, wall texts, and object labels</li><li>
Produce print and digital assets including brochures, flyers, postcards, event collateral, email templates, and online graphics</li><li>
Maintain consistent application of ICP&rsquo;s brand identity and visual standards</li><li>
Present design concepts internally and incorporate feedback</li><li>
Work onsite with teams at ICP&rsquo;s Lower East Side location</li><li>
Other duties as assigned</li></ul>
Project Coordination<ul><li>
Manage assigned design projects from concept through final production within established timelines</li><li>
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed</li><li>
Prepare files for print and digital production</li><li>
Elevate timeline, scope, or production issues to the Senior Manager, Marketing &amp; Communications</li></ul>
Requirements:

Education &amp; Experience Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in graphic or visual communication design preferred</li><li>
Minimum two years of professional design experience, including print and digital production</li><li>
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; working knowledge of digital production standards</li><li>
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines</li><li>
Collaborative and proactive working style</li><li>
Interest in photography, arts, or cultural institutions preferred</li></ul>

Compensation
This is a non-exempt, hourly position.
