First Stop Health is seeking an experienced, innovative and detail-oriented member of the sales organization who will work regionally with a sales team to generate leads and pipeline and assist with leader-supported deal management. The Territory Support Representative role is a hybrid of a Sales Development Representative and quota-carrying Territory Representative.
As the Territory Sales Development Representative, you will work closely with the Sales Lead on managing processes related to inbound requests for information, outbound lead generation, and be responsible for key metrics around pipeline generation and in-field meeting activity for your assigned territory, which may rotate based on business need. You will also be directly supporting deal management and deal closures, guided by your direct manager and other members of the leadership organization. All of this will lead to the goal of opening up new broker offices and developing relationships with key employee benefit decision makers and allow us to continue to drive hyper-growth.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, service-focused, detail-oriented, self-starter that enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment. You must be excited to create and implement innovative lead-generation initiatives, motivated to learn the full breadth of First Stop Health virtual care solutions, and comfortable with a hybrid role that focuses on both lead generation as well as broker relationship and closing strategies.
