Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and coordinate daily operations within our steel fabrication facility. This role is responsible for aligning project execution, production, quality, and scheduling to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Cab Crane Operator (Overhead Crane)

Position Summary
 
As a Cab Crane Operator, you will operate an overhead crane from an elevated cab to move steel plates, pipe, and structural materials throughout the facility.
 
This role requires strong hand-eye coordination, situational awareness, and a commitment to safety. You will work closely with production, welding, and yard teams to ensure materials are moved efficiently without compromising safety or product quality.
 
This is a night shift role (6 PM – 6 AM) requiring focus, discipline, and consistent execution.
 
What You’ll Be Responsible For
 <ul>
<li>Operate cab-controlled overhead cranes to move steel materials safely and efficiently</li>
<li>Lift, position, and transport loads including plate, pipe, and structural steel</li>
<li>Follow all rigging signals and communication protocols with ground personnel</li>
<li>Inspect crane equipment and rigging before use to ensure safe operation</li>
