Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and coordinate daily operations within our steel fabrication facility. This role is responsible for aligning project execution, production, quality, and scheduling to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of steel fabrication processes, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. 
Job Description<ul><li>
Collect and coordinate project information from Project Management, Production, Quality, and other departments to develop and maintain an integrated, shop-wide production schedule</li><li>
Create and manage a global operations schedule that maximizes efficiency, minimizes idle time, and provides clear project visibility</li><li>
Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed due to delays, changes, or projects placed on hold</li><li>
Oversee day-to-day shop operations, ensuring workflow alignment between departments</li><li>
Identify operational bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement; collaborate with leadership and shop teams to implement solutions</li><li>

About the Role:
The Crane Operator plays a critical role in the safe and efficient movement of heavy materials and equipment within industrial, construction, and offshore drilling environments. This position requires precise operation of overhead cranes and other heavy machinery to support various phases of construction, refinery maintenance, and oil field operations. The operator ensures that all lifting and rigging activities comply with safety regulations and company protocols to prevent accidents and equipment damage.
