About the role:
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, strategic thinker with a strong track record of sales success to join our best-in-class sales leadership team. The BSC Vascular Therapies team is a market-leading organization with the deepest product portfolio in the vascular space. Your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>
Integrate individual territory plans and account profiles into a broader regional sales plan and coach sales team accordingly.</li><li>
Prepare quarterly regional sales forecasts and participate in determining market potential and sales expense estimates.</li><li>
Monitor regional sales performance on an ongoing basis, initiating corrective action as required.</li><li>
Develop, implement, and monitor a regional targeting program.</li><li>
Identify sales forecast gaps, submit corrective strategies, and implement aggressive sales growth plans.</li><li>

Regional Sales Director, Vascular Therapies - Pacific Northwest

<div>Job Description
The Department of Emergency Medicine has an outstanding opportunity for a temporary Research Study Assistant (RSA). This is a full-time temporary position expected to last 12 months.
The Research Study Assistant will coordinate and perform work in support of clinical and health services research at Harborview Medical Center and UWMC. Projects will cover a wide range of clinical pathways with a focus on out-of-hospital cardiac arrest, traumatic injuries, strokes, sepsis, and opioids. The research study assistant will work in a team environment that includes faculty, fellows, medical students, and other key stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES (RESEARCH ACTIVITIES):
<ul><li>Screen and appropriately enroll eligible subjects on various protocols.
</li><li>Assist with development and maintenance of research databases.
</li><li>Complete data entry for study subjects.
</li><li>Gather, record, organize, transcribe and verify the accuracy of research study data.
