Lead communication and coordination between Health Plan and PBM for receipt of required information for claims adjudication system set up, reporting and claim adjudication process.<br>

Assess all requests for new/ changes to plan benefit information to ensure compatibility with PBM claim adjudication logic.<br>

Submit accurate and complete requests to the PBM for new and changing benefit plan designs.<br>

Serve as liaison to PBM to troubleshoot and resolve benefit-related questions/ issues, researching plan/benefit design options and requirements.<br>

About the role</b></p><p>
The Assistant Clinical Manager (ACM) supports the Clinical Operations Manager in overseeing a distributed team of Nurse Practitioners (NPs) delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across a multi-state telehealth platform. This role ensures clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across service lines including urgent care, weight management, men&rsquo;s health, and women&rsquo;s health in all 50 states plus DC. The ACM serves as both a clinical leader and operational partner, providing mentorship, performance oversight, and quality assurance while helping scale telehealth services safely and effectively.</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><p>
Clinical Leadership &amp; Oversight:</p><ul><li>
Supervise and support a team of Nurse Practitioners delivering telehealth care across multiple specialties</li><li>

Requirements</b><p><br>
Basic Qualifications:</p><ul><li>
Active, unrestricted NP license in at least one U.S. state (multi-state licensure preferred)</li><li>
National board certification (e.g., FNP, AGNP)</li><li>
3+ years of clinical experience, including telehealth experience</li><li>
1+ year in a leadership, supervisory, or lead clinician role</li><li>
Strong knowledge of telehealth regulations across multiple states</li><li>
Experience in at least one of the core service lines (urgent care, weight management, men&rsquo;s or women&rsquo;s health)</li></ul><p></p><p>
Preferred Qualifications:
