  We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PMO &amp; Admin Officer to assist the team with day-to-day operations and project-related administrative tasks. This role combines typical CRES responsibilities with additional activities focused on portal management, operational support, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

   Key Responsibilities

   Consolidate and maintain all customer bidding portals, ensuring timely updates and uploading of required entity documents (e.g., GOSI, Saudization Certificate).

   Register Capgemini across new customer supplier portals as needed, including occasional travel for registration requirements.
  </li>

   Track invoicing portals and coordinate with internal teams to provide weekly status reports.
  </li>
  <li>
   Organize meetings with partners and stakeholders based on business needs.

   Follow up on project-related administrative tasks, including fleet management and other operational requirements.
