As a member of the Global Communications &amp; Public Affairs editorial team, you will write and edit content that is true to the Google voice, in its many forms. The Editorial team within Global Communications and Public Affairs (GCPA) develops content to share Google&rsquo;s top news and messages with key external audiences. In this role, you will drive our forthcoming news podcast. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of this audio and visual franchise, from conceptualizing episode topics and managing guest relationships to overseeing the technical edit and executing platform-specific distribution. You will act as a bridge between high-level editorial strategy and technical execution, ensuring our audio and video content is exceptional, research-backed, and optimized for growth across social and owned and operated channels.

THE ROLE
As a Creative Producer at NewForm, you're the engine behind execution. While our Creative Strategists own the ideas and scripts, you own everything it takes to bring those ideas to life - on time, on brief, and at scale. You thrive on set, know your way around a production environment, and take pride in turning great concepts into great content. You will help us scale up our production capabilities and help us produce higher quality work than ever. 
RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Coordinate and manage all aspects of filming - scheduling, logistics, location, and on-set execution</li><li>
Set up and operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment for shoots including podcast-style and UGC content</li><li>
Ensure every shoot is technically dialed in - proper exposure, clean audio, and professional lighting setups</li><li>
Work closely with Creative Strategists to understand the brief and translate it into a production plan</li><li>
Performance coach creators on set to deliver their best performances on camera</li><li>
Source and manage props, wardrobe, and any other on-set materials needed</li><li>
Manage talent and creators on set to keep shoots running smoothly and on schedule</li><li>
Partner with editors post-shoot to ensure footage is organized and handed off cleanly</li><li>
Maintain and manage production equipment - inventory, upkeep, and readiness</li></ul> 
REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>
2+ years of hands-on production experience (on-set, studio, or similar)</li><li>
Working knowledge of camera operation, lighting setups, and audio equipment (familiarity with Sony cameras a plus)</li><li>
Experience producing a range of content formats - UGC, podcast, lifestyle, etc.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple shoots simultaneously</li><li>
A calm, solutions-oriented presence on set when things don't go as planned</li><li>
(Preferred) Experience in paid social or performance marketing content</li></ul>
