DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul><li>Performs routine physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines and instructions of a physician based on assigned program.</li><li>Orders, interprets and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's clinical problems and health care needs.</li><li>Records accurate medical histories, physical findings and formulates plan and prognosis based on patient's condition. Job Description: The Registered Nurse position is responsible for ensuring clinical planning, coordination, assisting with COVID-19 testing and vaccination processes, and patient triage. The Registered Nurse is a critical care team member and works with nursing staff to plan, deliver and evaluate nursing care based on the needs and concerns of patients and administration. The Registered Nurse serves as a leader and maintains quality of care through an on-going process of assessment, planning, and implementation.
