Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician to provide high-quality medical care to residents in our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). The physician will be responsible for overseeing patient care, managing chronic and acute medical conditions, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geriatric care, internal medicine, or family medicine, with a commitment to improving the health and well-being of elderly and medically complex patients. 
Duties/Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provide comprehensive medical care to residents, including diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions.</li><li>
Conduct routine and as-needed patient assessments, adjusting treatment plans accordingly.</li><li>
Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans.</li><li>
Oversee medication management, including prescribing, monitoring for side effects, and adjusting dosages as necessary.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.</li><li>
