If you've managed complex builds, coordinated trades, called cues in a theater, estimated millwork packages, or run logistics for installations with many moving parts, you likely have transferable skills.Ideal Previous Experience<ul><li>Theatrical production/stage management, technical direction, or assistant lighting design</li><li>Construction management, millwork estimation, or trade coordination</li><li>Interior design or architecture project management</li><li>Lighting showroom or manufacturer representative work</li><li>Any role combining technical product knowledge with complex logistics under deadline pressure</li></ul>A degree in architectural lighting, theatrical design, construction management, or a related field is a strong foundation, but we've seen people from a wide range of backgrounds succeed in this role.Technical Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in Bluebeam, Adobe InDesign, and advanced Microsoft Excel</li><li>Ability to read and interpret architectural and electrical drawings</li><li>Database familiarity (Oasis sales software is a plus)</li><li>Familiarity with architectural lighting fixtures, electrical installation, or lighting controls is preferred but not required if you learn quickly</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary: $70,000&ndash;$80,000, commensurate with experience</li><li>20 days PTO per year (vacation and sick combined)</li><li>Summer Fridays (Memorial Day through Labor Day)</li><li>401(k) with 3% employer contribution</li><li>Subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>12 weeks paid parental leave</li></ul>Location: Chelsea, Manhattan.
