 rag &amp; bone is seeking a Design Director to lead Men&rsquo;s White Label driving the evolution of our smart casual, denim-led lifestyle and defining a clear, modern point of view for the collection.
 
 
 
 
 Reporting to the Head of Men&rsquo;s Design, this role is responsible for translating the broader creative vision into a focused, commercially viable product offering. The Design Director will own the development of a cohesive wardrobe anchored in denim, while expanding into a broader expression of the modern uniform.

 Deep knowledge of denim fabrication, wash development, and garment construction

 Strong ability to translate creative direction into commercially successful product

 Aim&eacute; Leon Dore is looking for a Design Director- Graphics &amp; Headwear to join our team in New York, New York, reporting directly to EVP of Product. This position will be responsible for leading the creative direction and development of graphics and headwear across Aim&eacute; Leon Dore&rsquo;s seasonal collections, collaborations, and special projects. This role plays a key part in translating the brand&rsquo;s storytelling, heritage inspirations, and cultural perspective into compelling graphic concepts and headwear products.
 
 
 The Design Director partners closely with merchandising, product development, and brand teams to ensure graphics and headwear support both the creative vision and commercial objectives of the business. The role oversees the design process from concept through production while maintaining the elevated aesthetic and quality standards synonymous with the brand.
