The Data Product Manager is responsible for owning the prioritization and iterative delivery of data products within DoubleGood's DNA (Data &amp; Analytics) group. This role bridges the gap between business strategy and technical execution &mdash; translating high-level priorities into well-scoped, actionable requirements while driving an iterative approach to data product development that maximizes impact and keeps teams focused on what matters most.</p>

Responsibilities</b></p>

<li><b>Own the DNA product backlog</b> &mdash; maintain and continuously prioritize a backlog of data and analytical initiatives based on business impact, stakeholder needs, and technical feasibility; serve as the single point of accountability for what gets worked on and when.</li>
<li><b>Apply iterative product thinking</b> &mdash; champion a crawl-walk-run approach to data product delivery, breaking work into phased increments that deliver value early and reduce risk.</li>
<li><b>Translate strategy into requirements</b> &mdash; partner with business-side stakeholders (Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc.) to gather and document detailed business logic, data definitions, and acceptance criteria for analytics and BI engineering teams.</li>
<li><b>Drive stakeholder alignment</b> &mdash; act as the primary liaison between business partners and technical teams, ensuring priorities are clearly communicated, well-understood, and consistently reflected in execution.</li>
<li><b>Define and track success metrics</b> &mdash; establish measurable outcomes for each data product (adoption, usage, business impact) and hold the team accountable to them.</li>
<li><b>Manage UAT and validation</b> &mdash; own business-facing acceptance testing, ensuring delivered data products meet stakeholder expectations and can be trusted by the business.</li>
<li><b>Identify and communicate tradeoffs</b> &mdash; surface scope, dependency, and prioritization tradeoffs proactively, enabling leadership to make faster, better-informed decisions.</li>

Required:</p>

<li>8+ years in a product management, business analysis, or data product role &mdash; ideally in a data-intensive environment</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience owning and managing a product backlog with competing priorities across multiple stakeholders</li>
<li>Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, BI tools, and modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Looker or similar)</li>
<li>Proven ability to translate complex business problems into clear, actionable technical requirements</li>
