</b></div><div>The OSP Engineering Project Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of Outside Plant (OSP) engineering projects related to the deployment and expansion of Ezee Fiber&rsquo;s fiber-optic network. This role works closely with engineering leadership, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are tracked, documented, and executed efficiently.</div>
<div></div><div><b>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</b></div>
<ul><li> Support the coordination and tracking of OSP engineering projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports to engineering leadership and cross-functional teams.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Coordinate with engineering teams, vendors, contractors, and construction partners to ensure project timelines and deliverables are maintained.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Manage purchase order requests, tracking, and documentation for engineering-related projects.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Create and maintain enterprise job numbers for project tracking, reporting, and operational visibility.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Review and verify vendor invoices, billing documentation, and change orders for accuracy.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Serve as a central point of communication between the engineering team and internal departments.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Assist engineering leadership with project escalations, reporting requirements, and operational research.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Participate in utility coordination meetings and track follow-up items related to permitting and infrastructure coordination.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Maintain organized records of engineering documentation, project updates, and vendor communications.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Support the implementation of process improvements and operational workflows within the engineering department.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Perform additional administrative and coordination duties as needed to support engineering operations.</li></ul>
<div></div><div><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></div>
<div><b>Education and Experience Requirements</b>: an associate degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Construction Management or a related field (preferred) or a high school diploma or equivalent (required). Minimum of two (2) years in project coordination, engineering support, telecommunications, construction, or infrastructure department.</div>
<ul><li> Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.</li></ul>
<ul><li> High level of attention to detail and documentation accuracy.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).</li></ul>
<ul><li> Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while exercising sound judgment.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Experience working with engineering teams, contractors, and vendors in a telecommunications or infrastructure environment is preferred.</li></ul>
