The TDIP Assistant Project Manager will work with CLMI client on site at Los Angeles World Airports. The TDIP Assistant Project Manager shall report to their assigned project&rsquo;s respective senior project manager and is responsible for managing the scope, schedule and operational interfaces of design and construction-related activities within their assigned Terminal Development and Improvement Program (TDIP) project. TDIP is a major capital program focused on delivering distinct projects focused on modernizing LAX&rsquo;s passenger terminals to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, safety, and connectivity across the airport.
The TDIP Assistant Project Manager is responsible for managing the scope, cost, schedule and operational interfaces of design and construction related activities for the assigned TDIP project. The TDIP Assistant Project Manager will be focused on schedule certainty, budget delivery and making sure that construction work meets the required quality standards while enforcing a strong health, safety, and environmental culture on the project. The TDIP Assistant Project Manager will ensure the development and implementation of design, construction, testing, commissioning, turnover plans, impacts to the operations, ensuring that risk mitigation for construction activities are optimized, working and coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring LAWA standards are adhered to.
Essential Job Duties<ul><li>
Primary liaison and airport/owner representative responsible for directing and managing the project.</li><li>
Responsible for scope development and scope management of the project to meet project goals and objectives.</li><li>
Develop the RFP and oversee the procurement process for designers and contractors.</li><li>
Providing direction and management for assigned project and ensuring on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations.</li><li>
Planning and defining program goals and devising methods to accomplish them, developing in-depth knowledge of owner objectives, contract terms, and airport policies.</li><li>
Planning, directing, supervising and controlling the execution of all technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned project.</li><li>

Oversees owner&rsquo;s staff that manages full project delivery including stakeholder interfaces.</li><li>

This documentation shall include narratives for all scopes of work as well as a coordinated CAD representation including all projects for key disciplines.</li><li>
Managing the project during design and construction including resolution of technical design issues, issuing design non-compliances, issuing field non-conformances, timely processing of RFI&rsquo;s, coordinating shop drawing reviews, participation in and approval of factory and site acceptance tests, coordinating material approvals, coordinating mock up approvals, providing reports, drawings and specification interpretation, participation in testing and commissioning activities, managing the punch list process and other activities as required to ensure the design process supports the project goals.</li><li>
Overseeing the design process including managing the Design Review Team (DRT) design review process for assigned project(s) through all phases of design including significant design changes during construction.</li><li>
Monitoring and leading efforts related to the permitting process required by the design team and contractor.</li><li>
Overseeing the construction process to remove and mitigate obstacles that cause inefficiencies to the construction process.</li><li>
Becoming thoroughly familiar with required contractual obligations and technical aspects of all facilities to be erected.</li><li>
Ensuring all work is being performed with and inspected to the latest versions of plans and specifications including approved changes, submittals, and RFI&rsquo;s.</li><li>
Working with designer, contractor and stakeholders to develop the overall planning of construction activities and identifying critical milestones and priorities.</li><li>
Keeping alert to possible problem areas and taking preventative action to ensure critical milestones are met for each phase of the project.</li><li>
Ensuring the use of safe and sound construction practices.</li><li>
Preparing reports summarizing progress of construction activities for senior management.</li><li>
Reviewing change proposals for contractual compliance and alignment with fair market value.</li><li>
Preparing a monthly risk report for the Program Board.</li><li>

Enforcing the program requirements for all areas of the project and monitoring the draft and final deliverables for adherence to these criteria.</li><li>

With supervision, the Case Manager I/Driver is responsible for providing guidance to veterans to achieve their highest level of independence. Case management is a collaborative process which assesses, plans, implements, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates the selection of services to optimally meet each individual clients needs.

Responsibilities: 
 
For Case Managers of all U.S.VETS Programs: 
<ul>
<li>Under supervision of Case Manager III, Program Coordinator, or Clinical Director, assists with assessing veterans referred to the program to include any problems, needs, or barriers identified in the following areas: Housing, Employment, Education/Training, Financial, Sobriety Support/Addiction Treatment, Legal, Family/Social, and Medical/Psychiatric</li>
<li>Coordinates care with VA personnel and other community partners on behalf of clients to for eligibility documentation, mental and physical health services.</li>
<li>Facilitates client intake process and compiles client files for the program and teammates, ensuring all program eligibility documentation is complete</li>
<li>With supervision, collaborates with clients to complete Individual Action Plans (IAP) that are approved and signed by Case Manager III, Program Coordinator, or Clinical Director</li>
</ul><ul><li>Assists all Case Managers in maintaining confidential client files in a professional and timely manner ensuring all forms are the most recently revised versions and in compliance with organization standards; all required documents are present, complete, signed by the client and staff as applicable; and documents are placed in the correct order according to organization standards

<ul><li>Focuses on providing case management services that result in clients transitioning to permanent housing</li>
<li>Assists with ensuring clients are accounted for daily through contact, bed check, and/or daily sign-in logs
</li><li>Assists with monitoring program rent/participant fee compliance to assist clients in prioritizing housing</li>
<li>Additionally, for programs with scattered-site transitional housing such as the Transition In Place (TIP) Program, assists with locating housing units in the community that meet clients needs</li>

Position Summary
This position will report to the Sr. Manager, Wholesale Business Compliance, with a dotted line to the Lead Director for Client Account Management in the TPA &amp; Payor Solutions business area. The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting all contract‑related activities for American Health Holding&rsquo;s medical management business. This role will oversee the creation, drafting, redlining, and completion of client service agreements, confidentiality agreements, business associate agreements, delegation agreements, amendments, and other business-required contracts.
In addition, this individual will manage the client contract repository, ensuring agreements are updated, amended, or terminated as needed, while also providing support for regulatory filings. The Project Manager serves as a subject matter resource on contract terms when questions arise from the business or other constituents. The Project Manager will work closely with Managing Senior Counsel to maintain legally and regulatory compliant templates and escalate day-to-day matters involving legal risk.
The role requires regular collaboration with business partners to develop contract language and participation in client and account management discussions to address contractual requirements. Strong contract knowledge, redlining expertise, and excellent communication and writing skills are essential.
Required Qualifications<ul><li>
A minimum of 5 years of experience drafting and negotiating customer contracts; familiarity with Master Services Agreement (MSA) (Aetna experience a plus).</li><li>
Experience operating within a highly regulated healthcare environment.</li><li>
Proficiency in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.</li><li>
