  Toll International is seeking an experienced&nbsp;

   Project Risk Management Consultant
  </strong>
  &nbsp;to support the Port Authority of New York &amp; New Jersey on active capital and non-capital infrastructure projects. This role&nbsp;is responsible for&nbsp;leading end-to-end project risk management efforts, including risk identification, quantitative analysis, modeling, mitigation planning, and reporting.&nbsp;

  The consultant will work closely with Port Authority stakeholders, project teams, and subject matter experts to ensure project risks related to cost, schedule, and scope are properly&nbsp;identified, analyzed, and mitigated. This position plays a critical role in supporting project authorization decisions and strengthening enterprise risk management practices across complex infrastructure programs.&nbsp;

   Key Responsibilities
  </strong>

   Lead and manage comprehensive project risk assessments for capital and non-capital projects&nbsp;
  </li>
  <li>
   Plan, organize, and&nbsp;facilitate&nbsp;project risk assessment and risk mitigation workshops&nbsp;
  </li>
  <li>
   Identify, document, score, and analyze project risks using Authority-provided templates and standards&nbsp;
  </li>
  <li>
   Perform quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis using Monte Carlo simulation techniques&nbsp;
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;project risk registers and risk assessment models&nbsp;
  </li>
  <li>
   Review and&nbsp;validate&nbsp;engineering documentation, construction cost estimates, and project schedules&nbsp;
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop Primavera P6 schedules when&nbsp;required&nbsp;to support schedule risk modeling&nbsp;
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare draft and final Project Risk Assessment Reports and Lessons Learned Reports&nbsp;
  </li>
  <li>
   Present risk analysis findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership&nbsp;
  </li>
  <li>
   Support continuous improvement of the Authority&rsquo;s risk management processes&nbsp;
  </li>

   Provide risk management training, mentoring, and briefings as&nbsp;required&nbsp;

   Required Qualifications

   Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, accounting, economics, or business administration&nbsp;

    three (3) years of direct experience

H2M architects + engineers, a multidiscipline architectural, engineering, and environmental consulting firm is seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineering Practice Leader to grow, develop, support and enhance our scope of Water and Wastewater services work in a Doer-Seller role. The successful candidate will provide project management expertise, business development, client relationship management and coordination of key Water/Wastewater and Municipal services. This role will be responsible for strategically growing business development efforts along with supporting technical aspects of water/wastewater and municipal projects/operations for our NYC office.
<br>Job Responsibilities
<br><ul>
<li>Assist in the develop and implementation of strategy for further development in the Water/Wastewater Groups.</li>
<li>Work with the Market Leader and/or Discipline Director to implement a plan for growth of the market in existing and new service areas, as well as new areas as highlighted in the annual business plan for the Market.</li>
<li>Financial proficiency in establishing project related fees and aggressive revenue projections and profit margins is required.</li>
<li>Ability to manage a team of professionals.</li>
<li>Working closely with all disciplines to implement and manage projects that fall under the Water/Wastewater group and establish staffing needs, achievable project schedules and meet established deliverable timelines, and produce an excellent work product, all while ensuring client satisfaction with overall services.</li>
<li>Assist where needed in the preparation of a detailed discipline plan and determine where potential funding opportunities may exist.</li>
<li>Assist where needed with the marketing team to produce business plan materials pertinent to the market.</li>
<li>Ensure the H2M standard procedures and processes are being utilized and maintained.</li>
<li>Attend trade shows, client presentations and meetings, develop articles, blogs, social media, and press releases to help showcase H2M and the Water/Wastewater Group with a goal to promote H2M’s presence in the market and region.</li>
<li>Prepare/coordinate proposals in conjunction with the marketing and technical staff. Assist with “Go/No Go” decisions for responding to RFP’s. Marshall the necessary resources on proposal opportunities which may involve developing a proposal strategy, writing portions of the proposal, and coordinating efforts of other technical writers to develop a winning proposal.</li>
<li>Coordinate and communicate with staff to ensure project deadlines and client requirements are being met and provide technical leadership and oversight on the management of project. Work with other managers and water/wastewater professionals to develop scope of work, budgets, and plans for water/wastewater related work.</li>
<li>Assist with the development efforts of the regional office’s overall growth and development of the staff in the discipline.</li>
<li>Develop a sense of team with the staff you work alongside and manager. This will typically involve spending a significant amount of time with the discipline staff getting to know them and their capabilities. May enlist key people within the firm to assist and drive important discipline related initiatives.</li>
<li>Responsible for making sure we provide excellent customer service both internally and externally. Will respond to requests of others as needed and set up a communication protocol for existing and future clients to ensure their needs are met. This includes communication with department managers within the discipline.</li>
</ul>
Education and Qualifications
<br><ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree required with 15+ years’ experience in the business of consulting Water/Wastewater engineering for municipal, private, and public agency clients with the ability to maintain client relations and serve a large group of internal and external clients and lead a group of technical staff.</li>
<li>Relevant knowledge of project management, design, construction, operations, and administration of Water/Wastewater infrastructure is required. A strong technical background is required.</li>
<li>Able to develop long-term, professional relationships with existing and potential clients including strong one-on-one client development and entertainment, where appropriate.</li>
<li>Successful track record of performance for obtaining new clients and in creating new projects for existing clients.</li>
<li>Licensed professional engineer and able to gain reciprocity in multiple states in which H2M operates.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Skills
<br><ul>
<li>Working knowledge of MS suite including Word, Excel, Power Point and Adobe preferred.</li>
<li>Microsoft Outlook experience required.</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload and lead a team.</li>
<li>Ability to effectively delegate responsibilities when necessary to marshal proposals and project resources.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively with the marketplace and develop and give presentations to a group and one-on-one.</li>
<li>Forecasting trends and tracking emerging technologies in Water/Wastewater.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the preparation of engineering design reports and studies, proposals for professional engineering services, public presentations, and project interviews.</li>
<li>Proficient public speaking skills are a necessity.</li>
</ul>

The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $160,000 annually.
