Under the supervision of the HQ Government Property Director and Task Order Manager Manages the 10 life cycle outcomes of Property Management for the Vectrus, program in accordance with FAR Clause 52.245-1, Performance Work Statement, and the Property Management Plan. Manage the company fiduciary accounts with the Theater Property and the Installation Property Book Office ensuring accuracy and compliance of records. Coordinate transfers and support to the customer in accordance with AR 735-5 for property and materiel responsibility transfers. Must be able to maintain a professional transparent relationship with auditing agency ensuring timely submissions and responses to all requested actions. Provides guidance on government regulations pertaining to property accountability; develops, recommends and implement property administration policy. Provide training, mentoring, effective and efficient management of all Government Furnished Property and Company Acquired Property for Vectrus. Coordinate with Property Custodians to ensure and maintain 100% accountability of Government Property in accordance with applicable Government regulations and Vectrus Property Management Plan. Ensures compliance with prescribed Vectrus Property Management Plan, Performance Work Statement, and Federal Acquisition Regulations. Provide the government with routine, monthly, special, and annual reports. Maintain an IUID registry for all assets procured or transferred that meets the governments requirements. Ensures all Government Furnished Property (GFP) and Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) are properly tracked, documented, and identified in Vectrus Property Book records. Maintain 100% accountability of all company property records through the Maximo Implementation System and must have knowledge of Army Supply System including DLIS Fed log. Provides management direction, training and oversight to include overseeing day to day property control operations; may include but not limited to Custodial record management, administrative adjustment reports, cyclic inventory reporting, proper storage of property, sensitive items inventories, receiving, shipping and preparation of all supporting documentation. Routinely visits all work locations to provide assistance and ensure that the program is being managed properly and effectively in accordance with prescribed directives. Perform duties involving requesting, receiving, issuing, accountability, and preservation of all GFP, and review complete work for accuracy and compliance with established procedures. Provide technical assistance to departments and upper management as needed. Manage and maintain through periodic maintenance, administrative records and submit program status reports IAW established project operating procedures (POP), standard operating procedures (SOP), work instructions (WI) and the contract. Perform duties involving LOSS process through the Property Administrator Reach Back Program, and request for Letter of Technical Direction (LOTD) for gains or losses for assets not procured or disposed of by routine methods.</div><div>

Qualifications:

A minimum certification of a Certified Property Professional Administrator from the National Property Management Agency.</li><li>

The Sales &amp; Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales and leasing department, developing plans to identify new clients and negotiate with prospective tenants to maximize income in line with the business plan.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Responsible for assigning sales &amp; leasing staff to appropriate territories.</li><li>Supervise a team of sales &amp; leasing consultants to always ensure maximum occupancy of rental units and high renewal rate.</li><li>Oversee the processing and approval of client applications and lease documents, as well as elaborate the terms of lease, rental rate and period of payment to tenants.</li><li>Organize meetings during which challenges are discussed to identify solutions necessary for achieving set occupancy targets.</li><li>Monitor leads data and maintain a strong closing ratio.</li><li>Set and achieve sales goals each quarter and motivate the sales &amp; leasing agents to follow all leads.</li><li>Conduct surveys of the property market to obtain information on competing sales and lease rates and other trends that affect occupancy and rent.</li><li>Supervise campaign activities for the publicity of available properties and vacant spaces.</li><li>Develop and implement policies necessary for improving profitability and efficiency of the leasing department.</li><li>Meet with landlords to boost leasing &amp; sales relations.</li><li>Prepare &amp; submit required reports</li><li>Oversee the marketing and advertising of vacancies on media/advert channels to attract potential clients.</li><li>Overseeing the hiring and on-the-job training of leasing recruits on effective closing techniques, market information, and legislative changes.</li><li>Encourage prospective tenants to lease from MIPC by positioning MIPC property and its units in a favorable light and offering the best possible customer service.</li><li>Maintain an active international portfolio of off market, commercial and residential units, including up to date knowledge of legal requirements for such transactions.</li><li>Any other duties / responsibilities as assigned time to time based on business requirements.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration, finance, or real estate</li><li>Minimum 8 Years&rsquo; experience in leasing, property management, sales and real estate</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR18,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>sales &amp; leasing: 8 years (Required)</li><li>property developers, real estate: 8 years (Required)</li></ul>

Serves as the property Manager on Duty and oversees all property operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided. Represents property management in resolving any guest related situation. Manages the flow of questions and directs guests within the lobby. Serves as Guest Relations Manager and handles the tracking of service issues. 
CANDIDATE PROFILE 
Education and Experience
<ul><li>High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area.</li></ul>
OR
<ul><li>2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.</li></ul>
