 COMPENSATION
 
 
 For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, BALENCIAGA includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. In addition, where a candidate falls within the disclosed range estimate may be dependent on the applicable geographic differential associated with the location in which the position may be filled. &nbsp;
 
 
 A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $75,000 USD to $80,000 USD.

<li>Responsible for the day-to-day tasks for the online S2P systems.</li>
<li>Respond to requests for information, contract/PO approval status updates and ensure appropriate and timely responses are provided.</li>
<li>Review and release purchase orders using the Oracle iProcurement/Purchasing modules daily.</li>
<li>Work closely with the Accounts Payable function to assist in resolving invoice queries. Investigate and resolve discrepancies between invoices, goods receipts, and purchase orders.</li>
<li>Maintain/update iProcurement Stores &amp; item lists - includes working with Finance Organization areas to ensure accuracy in configuration.</li>
<li>Set-up suppliers and address change processes including verification of details and vetting of suppliers.</li>
<li>From time to time, assist with and collaborate closely with Key Stakeholders, S2P Team members and the Director of Procurement Operations on specific S2P related projects and audits.</li>
<li>Become a champion of S2P policies whereby you will field various questions from different internal business units.</li>

The applicable hourly range for this position is $31.73 - $39.90 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. Requirements
As the Ops Associate, you'll work closely with team members across all DeansList departments. You will execute cross-team projects, spending time coordinating work streams across departments while owning the logistical and administrative tasks needed for the project&rsquo;s success. You will often have both a 10,000 foot view of projects, while also spending lots of time &ldquo;in the weeds&rdquo; making sure all of the small details are checked off.
As you grow in the position, you will work with the Operations Team to build and launch new systems to operationalize and streamline work across DeansList. You will also get the chance to assist with or own special projects, as they come up, to support the Sales and Operations teams.<ul>

<li>Project manage regular outreach campaigns to current DeansList users.
