This is an on-site, permanent position located at 3720 Westheimer Rd Ste 102, Houston, TX 77027. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday from 6:45 a.m. to 7:15 p.m. local time, with hours subject to change based on clinic demand. This is a permanent, on-site position.

What You'll Do
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
MRI Operations &amp; Patient Care</h3>
<ul><li>Perform high-quality Prenuvo whole-body MRI scans while ensuring patient safety and adherence to Prenuvo imaging protocols.</li>
<li>Remain current on Prenuvo scan protocols and imaging best practices.</li>
<li>Review Medical Intake Forms (MIFs) to verify patient safety, implant compatibility, and MRI readiness.</li>
<li>Investigate implant-related safety concerns and escalate complex cases to the MRI Safety Officer (MRSO) when appropriate.</li>
<li>Verify scan indications and ensure patients are appropriately prepared, collaborating with patients, Sales, and Clinic teams as needed.</li>
<li>Review requisitions to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and properly uploaded.</li>
<li>Perform image post-processing, transfer images to PACS, and verify all post-processing steps are completed.</li>
<li>Utilize PACS and other ancillary software systems appropriately.</li>
<li>Order supplies, prepare scan rooms, maintain equipment cleanliness, and ensure the clinic remains patient-ready throughout the day.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Leadership &amp; Quality</h3>
<ul><li>Serve as the clinical leader and resource for MRI Technologists, providing mentorship, coaching, and ongoing technical guidance.</li>
<li>Train and onboard new technologists in patient safety, room preparation, communication, image acquisition, protocol adherence, time management, and post-processing.</li>
<li>Support technologists with image quality reviews, troubleshooting scanning challenges, and resolving equipment concerns while escalating issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.</li>
<li>Conduct routine scan quality audits, reviewing protocol adherence, patient positioning, breath-hold technique, image quality, and scan efficiency, while providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Promote consistent documentation, workflow standardization, and adherence to Prenuvo quality standards across the clinic.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Clinic Operations</h3>
<ul><li>Monitor scanner utilization, cancellations, and schedule gaps, identifying trends and opportunities to improve operational efficiency.</li>
<li>Investigate scheduling issues such as claustrophobia, MRI safety exclusions, or booking errors and collaborate with cross-functional teams to prevent recurrence.</li>
<li>Assist with scheduling adjustments, additional bookings, and overtime coordination as operational needs require.</li>
<li>Coordinate preventative maintenance and service visits for MRI equipment to minimize operational disruptions.</li>
<li>Support staff scheduling and coverage planning, including vacation planning, training schedules, and operational continuity.</li>
<li>Provide remote operational support, including scan assistance, when staffing shortages or unexpected absences occur.</li>
</ul>
What You'll Bring
<ul>
<li>Strong knowledge of MRI imaging principles, patient safety, and MRI safety screening.</li>
<li>Licensed with the appropriate board: ARMRIT or ARRT (MR) (or equivalent), depending on the location of the role.</li>
<li>BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.</li>
<li>Completion of an accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) program or Radiologic Technology program.</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years of clinical MRI experience, including advanced MRI studies and demonstrated leadership or mentorship responsibilities.</li>
<li>Proven ability to independently perform advanced MRI examinations while maintaining exceptional image quality.</li>
<li>Experience training, mentoring, or leading MRI Technologists in a clinical environment.</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills with the ability to resolve operational and technical issues.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.</li>
