 Support the Talent Acquisition leadership team with various projects and initiatives.
 </li>

 Prepare presentations for team, department, and client meetings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete assigned tasks within the established Service Level Agreement (SLA).
 </li>
 <li>
 Enter information and update systems and applications (i.e., Jobvite, PeopleSoft, TruView, and Kronos) in accordance with departmental guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend and participate in 2 career events or networking events per quarter (1 of the events must be an MTA-sponsored event).
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as an onboarding liaison and provide support and assistance in handling any
 </li>
 <li>
 discrepancies related to new hire documentation and serve as a bridge between Talent Acquisition and the onboarding teams, HR Operations, IT, Facilities, and hiring managers to ensure new-hire readiness during their first 30-days.
 </li>
 <li>
 Engage in low-level recruiting and conduct intake meetings with hiring managers and source candidates to fill vacant positions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure precise data entry and diligently follow up on onboarding documents as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for managing the onboarding process for new hires, including the review and processing of essential documentation such as I-9 forms and verification of previous employment. (NYCT ONLY).
 </li>
 <li>

 Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy.

 Must possess the ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.

 Must be detail-oriented and be a team player

 Must possess proficient computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

 </li>

 Required Education And Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
 </li>
 <li>
 An associate degree combined with two (2) years of clerical or administrative experience in a business environment may be considered in lieu of a bachelor&rsquo;s degree.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 The Following Is/are Preferred
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in Human Resources preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or using recruitment platforms preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with the MTA&rsquo;s policies and procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with the MTA&rsquo;s collective bargaining procedures.
