  The Order to Delivery Specialist will be responsible for managing allocation of orders and providing sales and operations support.
 </p>

   Responsibilities:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <p>
  Order Management:
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Daily reporting and analysis of sales reporting
  </li>
  <li>
   Pick &amp; Pack of orders, order processing
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure account reconciliations
  </li>
  <li>
   Assure timely and accurate invoicing
  </li>
  <li>
   Clearing any order errors
  </li>
  <li>
   Processing EDI files
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage day to day execution of operations to ensure customer orders are received through EDI, processed into SAP and exported to warehouse
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitor Open order reports
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage resolution of issues that arise between warehouse, Sales &amp; Operations team
  </li>
  <li>
   Clear communication with Sales managers
  </li>
 </ul>
 <p>
  Logistics Management:
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Manage movements of good from warehouse to customer
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure orders are processed timely and accurately
  </li>
  <li>
   Communicate with warehouse regarding ASN&rsquo;s and other retailer requirements
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure PO changes due to stock issues are communicated to sales and customers as needed
  </li>
  <li>
   Chargeback Management
  </li>
 </ul>
 <p>

  <strong>
   Requirements:
  </strong>
 </p>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in relevant field or related job experience
  </li>
  <li>
   2-4 years&rsquo; experience in Customer Service, Logistics, or Operations
  </li>
  <li>
   SAP user
  </li>
  <li>
   Advanced excel user
  </li>
  <li>
   System savvy
  </li>
  <li>
   Data manipulation, analytical
  </li>
  <li>
   Communication skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Able to efficiently and effectively build and handle multiple relationships
  </li>
  <li>
   Able to drive a cross functional team for a solution
  </li>
  <li>
   Sense of urgency and &ldquo;Can do&rdquo; approach
  </li>
 </ul>
