Position Overview
<div>The Sales Assistant plays a critical role assisting the Executive Sales Professional by engaging with clients and sales processes to deliver a seamless and memorable shopping experience to our customers. Sales Assistants play a critical role in driving business productivity to help the Executive Sales Professional reach their sales goal, through efficient and effective sales support.</div> 

Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities
<div><ul><li>Supports client correspondence, appointment booking, order follow up, including package shipping &amp; returns/exchanges.</li>
<li>Provides assistance with alteration, order placement, and order follow up requests, ensuring that relevant paperwork, digital tracking and orders are thoroughly completed.</li>
<li>Supports in-store client service, hospitality and thoughtful, personalized curated experiences in partnership with store leadership.</li>
<li>Supports the Executive Sales Professional as needed to ring client transactions, both in sales and returns.</li>
<li>Facilitates product needs from other stores to support in-store appointments or consignments for the assigned Executive Sales Professional.</li>
<li>Supports personalized outreach to clients that are lapsed and beyond lapsed to re-engage them with Executive Sales Professional and the brand.</li>
<li>Supports product pulls, fitting room setup &amp; recovery, floor presentation standards and seamless selling floor operations by embodying a &ldquo;one team focused on the customer&rdquo; mindset.</li>
<li>Establishes processes and best practices for organizing client engagement and follow up for the Executive Sales Professional around key product arrivals, selling &amp; brand events, promotional periods, marketing activations and important client lifestyle events &amp; milestones.</li>
<li>Actively participate in brand and product knowledge training, selling and service training, and client engagement coaching to bolster productivity and results for the Executive Sales Professional.</li>
<li>Ensures all client information is captured in the concierge app.</li>
<li>Handles sensitive and confidential with utmost discretion and adheres to company policies and ethical standards as outlined in the employee handbook.</li></ul>

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
<div><ul><li>Past retail selling experience preferred.</li>

The Senior Solution Consultant role at Duco is a multifaceted and dynamic position that is an essential part of the client journey with a focus on selling motions on both existing customers and prospects. 
What you will be working on:

<li>Client Engagement: Engage with clients and prospects by leading value based discovery &amp; consultative solution evaluation processes translating these into opportunities for value creation using Duco&rsquo;s solutions.</li>
<li>Value proposition: Articulate the value proposition of Duco&rsquo;s platform and services clearly, ensuring clients understand how it improves their efficiency, reduces risk and provides a strong return on investment</li>
<li>Business Case Development: Develop and present business cases that outline how Duco&rsquo;s solutions will deliver measurable business outcomes</li>
<li>Collaboration: Work in tandem with the Sales, Professional Services, Client Success and Product teams, by providing the Subject Matter Expertise and strategic input throughout the sales and implementation cycles, ensuring that the proposed solutions align with client goals and deliver measurable value.</li>
<li>Solution Evaluations: Lead and manage a variety of solution evaluations, from customised product demonstrations to proof of concept, proof of value and pilots ensuring these are well structured and executed and are providing tangible outcomes for the sales process</li>
<li>Sales enablement: provide input to the sales team to support the creation of proposals and other documentation, ensuring they accurately reflect the value proposition offered</li></ul> 


Ideally, you will have:
<ul>
<li>A wealth of experience working in Financial Services industry, preferably in a Consultative Role within Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking, Capital Markets or similar business exposure</li>
<li>Expertise within Financial Services industry, its operational processes, understanding of the interplay between different business domains (functional, data, business) and its impact on value chains</li>
<li>Proven track record of driving business initiatives related to complex, multi-tiered transformations projects</li>
<li>Proven experience as a Business or Management Consultant, Value Consultant, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar role and an understanding of B2B selling into complex, multi-layered financial organisations</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to navigate and contribute at various stages of the enterprise sales cycle, from discovery and needs assessment to technical demonstrations and solution design</li>
<li>Superb skills in organisation, communications, process thinking, directing work through others, initiative, building relationships and trust, and consensus building</li>
<li>Ability to create presentations that are clear and impactful, translating solutions into meaningful value propositions for clients</li>
<li>Ability to travel 30%</li></ul>
