Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)

</li><li>Direct or assist on shoots, guiding talent and ensuring creative vision is executed effectively

</li><li>Craft platform-native content tailored for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels
</li><li>Apply strong editing instincts&mdash;pacing, hooks, and visual storytelling&mdash;to maximize performance

</li><li>Experiment with emerging tools, including AI-assisted workflows, to enhance creativity and efficiency
</li></ul>Qualifications (What We&rsquo;re Looking For)
<ul><li>2+ years of experience in social video content creation and production (agency, brand, or creator background)
</li><li>Strong understanding of social-first storytelling and platform-specific trends
</li><li>Hands-on experience shooting and directing video, including working with on-screen talent or creators
</li><li>Proficiency with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or similar platforms
</li><li>Familiarity with emerging creative technologies, including AI-assisted tools for ideation and production
</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across creative teams
</li><li>A proactive, curious mindset with a willingness to experiment and take ownership of projects

The base salary for this role is between $75,000-$85,000. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, skills, and location.
