People Inc. is hiring a full-time Associate Social Media Editor to join the Paid Memberships team. This role will be responsible for the creation, execution, and optimization of social media content to grow and engage audiences for a new membership product. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and partnering with the Social Media Director, this person will play a key role in building social programs that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion to membership.
The ideal candidate is deeply immersed in social media trends and creator content, with a strong understanding of how content drives audience growth and engagement. They will write compelling copy, edit short-form video, and manage creator partnerships to engage followers and convert them into members.

Pay Range
Salary: New York: $67,000.00 - $75,000.00
The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. We're looking for an energetic and highly engaged Associate, Social Content to help power DoorDash's always-on presence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. In this role, you will play a key part in both creating content and actively managing our community, helping DoorDash show up in culture not just through what we post, but how we engage.

You will report to the Social Content Lead within the Marketing organization and work closely with a fast-paced, creative team to develop content that is timely, relatable, and built for how people engage on social today. From identifying trends to producing content to interacting with our audience in real time, you'll help shape how DoorDash shows up in feed and in conversation every day.

 CD Baby provides base salary ranges for all positions located in the United States at the time of posting. The hiring range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 annually. As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon various factors including, but not limited to, work experience, geographic location and relevant skills. CD Baby is committed to providing a comprehensive market-competitive total rewards program for its employees which includes medical, dental, and vision, life insurance, 401(k) match and generous paid time off. This range does not include any other variable compensation components.
