 This Credit Analyst II position is within TD Bank's specialized State &amp; Municipal Credit Management vertical and will be located in either New York City or Philadelphia. The Credit Analyst II engages in various credit activities including new loan underwriting and managing an assigned portfolio of governmental borrowers including state and local governments (cities, towns, counties), municipal utilities, housing authorities, and other special districts.  The Credit Analyst II is responsible for conducting in-depth industry and financial analysis of existing and potential borrowers. This job works cooperatively to support the Lending and Credit functions of the Bank.
