Job Description

As the Billing Team Lead, you will report to the Head of Finance and act as a bridge between Finance and Operations. You will lead a team of billing agents whose work mirrors that of Project Accountants, overseeing the entire lifecycle of project financials&mdash;from time and material tracking to revenue recognition.
You will be responsible for ensuring that our billing is not only accurate and timely but also compliant with sophisticated accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of billing agents, ensuring high performance in invoicing, project cost accounting, and cash application.</li><li>
Project Accounting &amp; Revenue Management: Oversee complex accounting tasks including Work in Progress (WIP) analysis, revenue cut-off procedures, and the management of revenue deferrals and accruals.</li><li>
Data Integrity &amp; Analysis: Review project data to spot discrepancies in billable time and expenses. Conduct deep-dive analyses to correct errors before they impact the P&amp;L.</li><li>
Consultant &amp; Stakeholder Support: Act as the primary point of escalation for Billing Agents and Project Managers regarding contract terms, budget tracking, and complex billing inquiries.</li><li>
Full Cycle Accounts Receivable: Oversee the AR function carried out by billing agents, including the accurate matching of cash receipts to invoices and the proactive clearing of aging AR.</li><li>
System Optimization: Serve as the functional expert for our ERP system and ensure accurate and timely flow of information to our financial system (specifically Sage Intacct or similar).</li><li>
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve billing workflows, strengthen controls, and increase overall efficiency across the team</li></ul> 

Qualifications<ul><li> 
Experience: 5+ years of consulting industry experience</li><li>
Leadership: Prior experience leading, mentoring, or coaching a team is preferred</li><li>
Technical Accounting: Solid understanding of GAAP, specifically regarding revenue recognition, accruals, and project financial lifecycles.</li><li>
Systems Expertise: Experience with Sage Intacct is highly preferred or similar.</li><li>

Ideally candidate will possess a Commissioning Professional certification from a recognized industry authority.</li><li>
Prof Eng/PE and/or PMP designation is considered an asset but not required.</li><li>
Significant knowledge and documented experience in the testing and commissioning of Transformers, Switchgear, Switchboards, Protection Relays, STS, PDU, UPS and Batteries, RPPs, Lighting Controls Systems, SCADA and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) for low, medium, and high voltage applications.</li><li>

We&rsquo;re building a dedicated marketing team for a major sports-based attraction. This role is a full-time position within our company, embedded day-to-day with one client and fully focused on launching and growing their business.
This is not a traditional agency role. You will operate as an extension of the client&rsquo;s internal team, with real ownership over strategy, creative, and performance.
The Opportunity
You&rsquo;ll help launch a new sports attraction and shape how it shows up in the world from day one. This includes initial launch, ongoing operations, and future expansions including touring experiences and additional installations.

Social & Creative Lead (Embedded Marketing Team- Sports Attraction)

<div>Position Overview:
Will have a caseload of 10 participants ages 14-18. Team Leaders will Facilitate groups, preferably Restorative Justice circles. Team Leaders will meet with participants 1:1 to go over program performance. Team Leaders will go over score cards with youth on a daily basis that address Attendance, Preparedness, Performance, Attitude, and Participation. Team Leaders will oversee a Work Team at Project sites. Team Leaders will work 10 hours per week including some weekdays and Saturdays. Team Leaders would oversee participants that are in the Basic, Intermediate, Advanced and Summer stages of the program. Team Leaders will work in collaboration with the ECHOES Probation Officer. The goals of the program are to engage participants in transformational relationships that enable them to remain in their schools and communities while they improve the educational, employment, and social/emotional competencies needed to lead law-abiding lives. The purpose of the program is to reduce recidivism within the criminal justice system.
Position Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or HSE. Minimum 2-3 year experience working with at-risk youth. Demonstrate initiative and creativity, particularly with adolescents. Demonstrate knowledge of Evidence-based practice. Demonstrate experience in group work. Ability to work some weekdays and Saturdays. Demonstrate understanding of the issues of the local Manhattan (Harlem) community. Demonstrate understanding of the issues facing Black and Latino adolescents. Ability to work as a team member and independently Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with youth and staff. Demonstrate ability to effectively use a multi-cultural approach in working with special needs youth. Excellent oral communication skills. Demonstrate knowledge in juvenile justice system. Demonstrate knowledge in Anti-Gun violence. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.<h5 class="jobSectionHeader">
