<ul><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Planner, Visio, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint).</li></ul>
<ul><li>Power BI experience includes dashboard creation, KPI design, and data analysis.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Hands on experience with Jira and ServiceNow for project tracking and portfolio reporting.</li></ul>
