Reporting to the Director of Strategic Learning, the Senior Training Associate is responsible for<br>
supporting, monitoring, and evaluating training programs designed for agency staff. The Senior<br>
Training Associate serves as a point of contact for communications, interpretation, and executing<br>
training activities and curricula related to Youth Program observation and evaluation, project<br>
management, and utilization of Microsoft products (such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).<br>

<ul><li>Collaborate with various outside agencies and vendors to identify training opportunities, define deliverables, and manage vendor delivery of training. Such training may include courses, workshops, seminars, and staff development institutes.</li></ul><br>

The Boys &amp; Girls Clubs of Central and Northern New Hampshire is a dynamic organization that currently supports 200 staff working in 30 Early Childhood and Out of School Time programs with a large geographic footprint. The Regional Development Associate serves as a member of the Development Team and will assist in increasing revenue to support the organization&rsquo;s mission and strategic plan in their assigned geographic regions. The Regional Development Associate reports directly to the Director of Individual and Planned Giving and collaborates with the Development Team to meet their metrics within the assigned geographic region.<p><b><br>

Maintaining Donor Relations</i></b></p><br>

Engages in conversations with local staff and community members to build local stories that revolve around our core beliefs (Positive Environments, Provide Fun and a Sense of Belonging, Supportive Relationships, Opportunities and Expectations, and Recognition).</li><li>
Builds local committees for ongoing communication about potential guests for DH&rsquo;s.</li><li>
Holds at least two DH&rsquo;s per month within the assigned geographical area. With a follow-up of 100% of guests in attendance via phone call or in-person meeting.
</li><li>Creates a plan for each donor that is driven by that donor&rsquo;s passions and interests.</li><li>
Assists in recruiting Table Captains for the Champions for Kids Breakfasts in the community.</li><li>
Secures commitments of participation or donation from individuals or corporate donors.</li><li>
Solicits cash or in-kind donations or sponsorships from individuals, and businesses for fundraising events.</li><li>
Qualifies, cultivates, solicits, and stewards individual gifts through personalized contacts including phone calls, correspondence, and personal visits with assigned donors.</li><li>

</b></p><p>The New York County District Attorney's Office has an immediate opening for a EECU Unit Specialist in the Early Engagement Case Support Unit (EECU). In this position the Unit Specialist is responsible for scanning orders of protection issued in arraignments and the Criminal/Supreme court parts, assisting victims in understanding the criminal justice system, referring for advocacy and counseling services, providing information regarding orders of protection issued in arraignments and the Criminal/Supreme court parts, assisting victims in crime victims&rsquo; rights, offering administrative support to the Unit, and for the Crime Victim&rsquo;s Vigil.
</p><p><b>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
