Do you want to lead the execution of an industrial project abroad and take part in a strategic industrial revamping operation?

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee construction and installation activities on an industrial project in Qatar.

Based in Qatar, this position requires full-time on-site presence for six months. Accommodation, transportation and all necessary means for the assignment are provided by the client. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Represent the company towards the client and subcontractors on site.</li><li>Lead and coordinate all construction activities throughout the different phases of the project.</li><li>Manage site teams.</li><li>Supervise subcontractors and monitor their progress, resources and productivity.</li><li>Organize and lead daily and weekly coordination meetings with stakeholders.</li><li>Prepare and issue daily and weekly progress reports.</li><li>Ensure compliance with the project schedule and implement corrective actions when necessary.</li><li>Ensure HSE procedures are properly implemented and promote a strong safety culture on site.</li><li>Ensure quality procedures are applied and monitor quality control activities.</li><li>Coordinate multidisciplinary activities.</li><li>Act as the interface between construction, engineering and client teams.</li><li>Participate in project close-out activities, punch list follow-up and final acceptance of installations.</li></ul>

 Oversee day-to-day security operations, including Security Operations Center (SOC), incident response, threat detection, and vulnerability management.

 15+ years in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles driving enterprise-wide security initiatives.

 Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CCSP, or equivalent industry-recognized credentials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Extensive experience managing SOC operations and large-scale incident response, including crisis management and executive-level communications.

 Proven track record in developing and implementing enterprise security strategies, aligning technical controls with business risk and regulatory requirements (PCI DSS, ISO27001, NIST, GDPR).
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks, including policy development, audit readiness, and regulatory engagement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong background in cloud security (Azure, AWS, GCP), identity management, and data protection, with hands-on experience in Microsoft security tools (Purview, Entra ID, Defender).

 Experience in vendor and third-party risk management, ensuring secure supply chain practices and resilience.
